I graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters in Social Work and have been licensed in Tennessee since 2001. I have worked in both hospital and outpatient setting with literally thousands of people - all with their own struggles, unique strengths, and personal goals for their lives. I am a past President of the Board of Directors for the Rutherford County Psychotherapy Association, am an alumni of Leadership Rutherford through the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, and am a volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association (in memory of my grandmother). I have been a support group leader, have trained many area professionals on topics related to mental health, supervise other social workers earning licensure, and have been a speaker for many local groups and at larger conferences.
I moved to Tennessee in 1996 and live in Christiana with my best friend and husband of more than 25 years. We have two amazing sons - Jake (aged 23 and ready to take on the world!) and Bryson (fabulous at 16 years old!). In my spare time I love reading my Kindle, spoiling my many pets, and watching my boys play lacrosse.
